If your two young daughters, ages five and seven, told you that their parent was sexually molesting them and gave you details about the abuse, would you believe them?

And if medical and mental health doctors, some who are world-renowned experts in child abuse, confirmed the abuse, don't you think that the State would protect your children?

My little girls told me in 1999 that their father was molesting them. Medical and mental health experts confirmed the abuse. And what did Georgia State officials do? Against the girls' wishes, they took them from me and gave them to their father.

Because I kept insisting that the Court protect them, the Cobb County, Georgia Superior Court punished me: I have not been allowed to see or talk to my girls since September 2000.

In June 2001, a Cobb County Magistrate Court judge told me that I would never win in Georgia because I was dealing with the "good 'ole boys who would stick together no matter what." I've learned there is no accountability in Georgia - from the lower court to the Supreme Court, at every level of Government, the Bar Association and the Judicial Qualifications Committee - there are means to protect ones friends and associates from fraud and unlawful activities. The response from the Judicial Qualifications Committee regarding the unlawful activities of Judge James Bodiford was, "that's the way we do it in Georgia."

Judges James Bodiford, Judge Bo Wood, GAL Diane Woods, Elizabeth King, PhD, Lorita Whitaker, DA Patrick Head, the Kennesaw Police Department, and the Cobb County Department of Family and Children Services are directly responsible for my children's remaining in a very dangerous situation. The State of Georgia, has protected these people at every level, and has reacted with indifference and total disregard even in the face of hard evidence of corruption. One wonders if this is a case like so many being found out across the country such as Supreme Court justice Gerald P. Garson in NY who was part of a ring of people who accepted bribes to fix custody cases. Experts across the country have called this case a "custody scandal."

I wrote the book Let My Children Go! to expose those who are doing this. My desire is to inform you of the plight of my two little girls with the hope that public knowledge of their situation will save them.  I continue to speak out not only for my children’s sake but also for others in the same situation.

You can learn more by clicking on the links of this web site.  I encourage you to speak out.  So many people live their lives in fear and allow evil to triumph because they do nothing.  “Men do less than they ought, unless they do all that they can.” (Carlyle)

Posted November 28, 2005

What if your children told you that their daddy was sexually molesting them? And what if they also told other professionals and concerned adults the same details? What if they begged not to have to go back to their father's home again? What if the abuse experts examined the children and confirmed abuse? And what if an eye witness testified in court that she saw sexually inappropriate behavior in public between the father and his 6 year old daughter?

OPEN LETTER TO MY GIRLS

Posted March 5, 2005

I'm writing this letter to you not knowing if you have ever received or read any of the many letters and cards I have mailed to you. It has been so long since we have seen or spoken with each other. I don't know if you even remember what I look like. I don't know what you look like now. I see your baby pictures every day and wonder how much you must have changed as the years have gone by.
